An H1B Dependent Employer Is The One Who Satisifies One Of The Following Conditions
* 25 Or Fewer Full Time Employees And More Than 7 H-1B Temporary Workers.
* 26 To 50 Full Time Employees And More Than 12 H-1B Workers.
* More Than 50 Full Time Workers And 15% Of The Work Force Is Comprised Of H-1B Workers.
