Jimena Navarrete of Guadalajara, Mexico, won the Miss Universe crown 2010 in Las Vegas. Jimena was followed by first runner-up was Miss Jamaica Yendi Phillipps, while second runner-up was Miss Australia Jesinta Campbell.
