I have been working out really hard these days to shed off extra 25 pounds I have put on in the last 15 months. I am kind of person who is into aerobics or may be dancing. I always thought I would sleep if I ever attend a yoga class and even in high school I used to bunk my yoga classes.See to this extend I was spoiled anyway my point is that Unless and until you try out something you wont realize how it cool and amazing thing you have been missing.

So finally I gave it a try and trust me within 2 classes I came to know what I was missing out.Since I was flexible enough ( As I have been dancing since I was 3 ) so it was kinda okay on my part.I never felt this good even after working out for hours and now I never miss my class.
Luckily I have joined YMCA ( Incase you dont know its sort of club providing facilities like gym,pools etc ) so I get to attend most of the amazing classes for free.
Yoga is one of many forms of exercise that’s all over the news, and for good reason. It’s relaxing, it’s fun and it gets your body in shape.
There are different types of yoga like flow yoga, power yoga and Pilates (another type of exercise based off of yoga).
Flow yoga is very relaxed and focuses on regulating breath, calming the mind and building flexibility. It is very slow-paced and is typically what comes to mind when thinking about yoga. This form is recommended for those who have never tried yoga before or who need to de-stress and calm down.
Power yoga is a much more intense workout — you will break a sweat. Not only does this class focus on your breathing, but it also whips you into shape with fast-paced exercises and strength poses. This is recommended for those who want to work on both muscle and heart strength.
Pilates combines ballet, dance and general stretching into one workout. The class combines the best of yoga — the meditation, the breathing — with bare exercises from ballet. Many find that they exercise muscles that they never knew existed. Beginners will be sore for a couple of days afterward.
So guys please try to take out some time and try YOGA…I know you will feel much better physically as well as mentally.
