The lad took the dance floor and shook his leg, but what reportedly rattled the host was Ranveer’s insistence on playing Deepika Padukone’s item song Dum Maaro Dum repeatedly.
Of course, Ranveer’s intention was not to make fun of Ranbir. He was just teasing him but went a little over the line when gave a new spin to the song’s lyric and said to Ranbir: “Pant kheechega ke nahin?”
Ranbir wasn’t amused by Ranveer’s jokes. Grapevine suggests that when Ranveer told Ranbir in no uncertain terms that Deepika was the hottest girl he (Ranbir) dated, the Kapoor lad had had it and told Ranveer to shut up.
