Music Video:
A video for the single was released on June 16, 2009 on the Above and Beyoncé - Video Collection & Dance Mixes. The video was directed by Sophie Muller who also directed "Déjà Vu" and "Ring The Alarm" for Beyoncé. Its UK premiere was on September 19, 2009 on 4Music at 11:00am with it showing on every other music channel from 11:30am.

Reminiscent of Herb Ritts iconic videos from the 80's "Cherish" by Madonna and "Love Will Never Do (Without You)" by Janet Jackson. It shows Beyoncé in a car crying after having an argument with the man. She is then shown walking to the beach from the car. Scenes are shown with Beyoncé with her love interest playing around on the beach, which seem to be recalled events that Beyoncé is thinking while in the car. Beyoncé then walks on the beach for a while then in the water with teary eyes singing into the camera. While in the car she imagines holding hands with her love interest while it goes back to her in the water. The remaining scenes are shown in color, where she is in a green dress with a rose than starts to go backwards and repair the rose, placing all the petals back and even walking backwards. Beyoncé is shown again playing around with her love interest before the music video ends with Beyoncé wiping the tears from her face, smiling, and drives away...
